The Phase 2 Re-Bid includes approximately 3,815 SF of renovations, a 1,450 SF secure-entry addition, and 540 SF of prefabricated freezer, cooler, and storage space. Work includes kitchen relocation, cafeteria expansion, main-office and vestibule renovations, demolition and hazardous-material abatement, structural and envelope work, interior finishes, and associated site improvements.

The project consists primarily of demolition and replacement of park bathhouse facilities with new wood-framed restroom buildings, associated accessible improvements, sitework, utilities, concrete, plumbing, ventilation, electrical service, lighting, and fire alarm work.

The work consists of phased renovations at the occupied elementary school, including interior architectural renovations, roofing, site improvements, hazardous-material work, foodservice and theatrical improvements, plus plumbing and exterior painting work at the Administration Building.

The project consists of a comprehensive, phased renovation of Cornell University’s approximately 172,000-square-foot Plant Science Building in Ithaca, New York. Work includes extensive selective demolition and hazardous-material abatement; structural modifications; historic masonry, window, roofing, and building-envelope restoration; new laboratory, classroom, office, and support-space interiors; and major upgrades to the building’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-protection, controls, telecommunications, security, and life-safety systems. Construction will be completed under a single-prime contract within a partially occupied and operational campus building, requiring careful phasing, temporary protection, utility continuity, off-hours shutdowns, and coordination with existing Phase 1 improvements and ongoing research and academic activities.
